This is an interesting photograph as it shows the station seat in use in 1975. Note the Oberon sign on the seat.
This is a good photo of the goods shed showing clearly its relationship to the crane plinth and the end of the loading platform. Note the typical tarped S truck and that there is NO building at the end of the PWD siding near the Whittakers house behind the S truck. This is looking north and shows the home signal at Oberon and the small coal bunker located at the end of the short spur line on the western (left) side of the main line. This spur was a realignmnet of the track which formerly went to the turntable.

At this later stage (c 1985) the District Museum was in possession of the station. Note the original notice board between the windows. Taken from the loading bank (c 1985).
